As I post in ASCII (by preference), I merely wrote '[link]' where Schneier had a hyperlink in the cited HTML article, so interested people would know that links existed there. Article is, as I said, at https://www.schneier.com/blog/archives/2015/10/why_is_the_nsa_.html, where you will find the links and can follow them.
