When we had the meetings start at 7PM the dinners afterwards were well attended so it seemed that plenty of people didn't find that a problem. One of the reasons for making it start earlier was the difficulty of getting into the room we have just been evicted from. So we have one less reason for making it 6:30. That said, it is a somewhat late night so there are benefits to having it as 6:30.
