I would definitely download directly from the github releases... perhaps
the problem is the lack of the "#" as the end of the link as well.  But
definitely get a newer version, it changes often.

You may find the attached shell script useful.  I have it hard linked to
a few names so that the same script can dl the latest versions of a few
products so far.

$ ls -li bin/get-latest-~*

Each of the products also has it's own git directory under ~/git/
