I haven't had any problems. Other then the one I mentioned here.

I use Postfix for all outgoing emails, so the clients talk to Postfix
for outgoing email.

For my personal E-Mail I am using http://kolabnow.com/

Latency to the website isn't always great in Australia, but most of the
time I am using imap/smtp so this doesn't matter so much.
