I never swear on the livestream (and almost never in real life) and I have 5 trusted moderators who participate in the chat with the authority to delete any comments that may get out of hand. I know of several people who put it up on their TV in the living room every Sunday morning with their kids running around. The only time it's become emotionally confronting was one livestream where I specifically talked about the Black Lives Matter protests, racism, injustice, sexism in the tech industry, and how my own attitudes and perspectives have changed over time. With that livestream I said up front that I was going to talk about those issues, so people could decide if they wanted to continue watching or not. But every other time it's just talking about tech related stuff, and sometimes tech-business such as the hidden costs of hardware manufacturing. Cheers Jon
