I'm getting the GRUB error "attempt to read or write outside of disk ‘hd0’" every time I try to boot from a 128MB USB stick.
I'm setting up a machine with NVMe storage but the BIOS doesn't support that so I have to boot from a supported device, and a USB stick is the most convenient option. I have it booting from an 8G USB stick but I've got better things I can do with an 8G stick. Trying to make a 128MB USB stick work (with the same configuration) gives that error. I've tried the same process I used to create the 8G stick as well as copying the data off the 8G stick. I'm using Debian/Testing. -- My Main Blog http://etbe.coker.com.au/ My Documents Blog http://doc.coker.com.au/ _______________________________________________ luv-main mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected]
