The LUV VM is now hosted on a different Hetzner server. The previous one had
it's SSDs dying and had a few unexpected crashes. The new server has more RAM
which should compensate for not having SSDs and has ECC RAM.

The new server has a E3-1275 3.8GHz CPU which has about 3* the overall
performance and twice the per-thread performance of the i7-2600 3.4GHz in the
old server. That won't make any difference to the things that the main LUV VM
does.

The LUV Jitsi server j.luv.asn.au (which we are currently using due to
problems with BBB) is now running on the new Hetzner server too and it will
really benefit from the extra computation power, especially the per-thread
performance. The new Hetzner server also has almost twice the per-thread
performance of the X5650 CPUs in the server that was hosted at Dycom. The
server at Dycom however had 2 such CPUs which gave it a significant amount of
aggregate performance.

The LUV DNS entries had a 900 second timeout, so the old ones should have left
the caches by the time I finish writing this message.
