Interesting to note that by today's standards a phone that has more RAM, more storage, and probably faster storage than the first 5 laptops I owned is "usable". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPAQ Back in the day I found an iPaQ with 64M of RAM and 16M of storage pretty usable when running SE Linux.
