OT - Someone 45km from me is deleting my photo files from my Google drive

Hi all

Google set up a call back but the person on the line could not hear me 
and terminated the call.

8 years work is disappearing. I maybe able to save my RAW files, But GBs 
of jpgs I have edited are disappearing..

Any tips on how to get Google to respond in a meaningful way?
