This morning at about 9AM I ran a routine upgrade to the latest Debian bookworm packages on the LUV VM. As usual I followed the defaults for the Mailman settings, but that resulted in changes making all list mail rejected.
I noticed this about 20 minutes ago and restored the config files from backup and it's working again now.
