I've used Binary Lane for over 4 years. Good pricing and no complaints. No complaints from users either (a significant number of radio amateurs make use of the services I provide on Binary Lane).
I also use Vultr. Again, very solid. A bit more expensive for the same class of VPS, but the big advantage of Vultr is it's easy to do BGP routing with them, if you have a /24 or larger of IPs to host. Currently, I have a /24 routed to my Vultr VPS, and from there, my Bird configuration terminates a /25 there and routes the other /25 via a tunnel to another VPS. I may change that configuration to a ZeroTier virtual LAN to streamline operations - I can keep the /24 as one segment and only bridge the IPs the other VPS needs), as well as make some of those IPs available on home systems.
