Hello List, I have some great news. I was recently hired by Rackspace to work on luvit and related tools as my full-time job. This means that I'll have a *lot* more bandwidth to work on this project I created years ago.
For those of you who don't know, Rackspace is the largest user of luvit to date and uses it to run monitoring agents inside client vms. (They wanted something like node.js, but with lower overhead, luvit was a perfect fit) The team and management are super friendly and I imagine most of my work will be open source so the entire community will benefit. I've worked at many companies large and small over the last 14 years of professional development and so far (I've spend a little over a week with the team in person) I can say this is the most friendly and open group I've ever worked with. Thank you to all who have used and contributed to this project over the years. I'm happy to finally have time to use and work on it.
