How should i configure it in a way that the configuration should stay there even after the reboot of Machine?

presumably you've set up UM using command line. You'll have to write a script that does the same thing and run it at bootup.

There is another confusion that can i use the Piranha Configuration Tool available from Redhat with the LVS solution.

It's not well supported. Some people here use it. They may be able to give you advice
