I have setup LVD-TUN. I tried LVD-DR but because of limitations had to resort to LVS-TUN.
Ok so ipvsadm -l says that the connection is being redirected to another machine but it is not. The entry in /proc/net/ip_vs_stats states so. If you look at the Destination IP column it doesn't change. Secondly I tried refreshing the page a couple of times but the page never changed. I have different pages to identify the source server. I am using Firefox 2.0 and I was pressing the shift key to do a force reload. Lastly I also ran tcpdump on the other server and that confirmed that no traffic was coming on the second machine. The load balancing is working but with persistence. I check from another machine and that went to the second machine and the connection stuck there.
