I need experience/opinions not how to do things I know how to do things on my own and to follow a step by step howto you don't need to be a genius, but the experience advice someone can give you that is not on a paper is priceless, there is a reason people look at your experience when you look for a job not at your tittles..(this only means you read the howtos at school and pass the test but no experience)
