hi i am new here and there is a question that i wanted to ask if it is possible to. i have a scenario in witch it is required to have access to a very large data 115GB that is read only but i want it to be accessed very quick and i saw that lvs and ipvadm can make load balancing but i want to use it iscsi if possible, do anybody know how to do it.
so my idea was that the client accessed the dip for iscsi service and the dip forwarded it to the least busy server RIP for requests so that i can have more bandwidth avaible for the same set of data as the data is read only so i have the same data on all rip servers which are about 4 [fedora core 4] the client actually is a windows 2003 server serving video so this is it can anybody help?????? thanks to all of you -- best regards Shpetim Aliaj _______________________________________________ LinuxVirtualServer.org mailing list - [email protected] Send requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or go to http://lists.graemef.net/mailman/listinfo/lvs-users
