I would think the biggest bottleneck would be network and not cpu, so dual cpu wouldn't help much.

Hello list. I'm going to setup LVS director using centos 5.x for web service. and I'm guessing that the number of connecitons would be high. In case, is it helpful to use Dual CPU or not? and is it helpful to use 64bit x86_64 system or not? As I know some programs using only single CPU. anyway, LVS using single or dual CPU when busy? Thanks in advance. _________________________________________________________________ 강력해진 보안성, 아웃룩을 닮아 편리해진 기능들로 무장한 Windows Live Hotmail! 지금 로그인해 보세요! http://www.hotmail.com _______________________________________________ LinuxVirtualServer.org mailing list - [email protected] Send requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or go to http://lists.graemef.net/mailman/listinfo/lvs-users _______________________________________________ LinuxVirtualServer.org mailing list - [email protected] Send requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or go to http://lists.graemef.net/mailman/listinfo/lvs-users
