Hi Joe, Yes, I saw this HOWTO section and I noticed it was speaking about patch and firewall marks ...
I tried firewall marking without success ... And as I am working on a recent Linux release, I am not sure kernel patch is still necessary .. Well, a step-by-step HOWTO would be a great thing for newbies like me.. Many thanks, Yan ________________________________ De : Joseph Mack NA3T <[email protected]> À : LinuxVirtualServer.org users mailing list. <[email protected]> Envoyé le : Lundi, 6 Avril 2009, 22h21mn 22s Objet : Re: [lvs-users] LVS and IPTABLES On Mon, 6 Apr 2009, w y wrote: > But now, I am wondering how to protect my director server : when I run my > usual firewall script based on IPTABLES commands, nothing works... > I have read some articles about this. have you read the section in the HOWTO on running a firewall on the director?
