Thanks, was a good hint. I found out that it was not Full/Half-Duplex but it is the 100MBit Mode. Somehow one of my Ethernet-NICs used 10MBit while connected by Cross-Link as default - when I set it to use 100MBit, the described errors also occure while connected with CrossLink..
