Last tasks/bugs to close for 1.3.0 are :
bug #20511 : No persist timer (wait answers)
bug #20199 : TCP appears to be "Shrinking the Window" (need some tests)
bug #19927 DHCP NACK problem (could be closed)
task #7490 Add return value to sys_mbox_post (need last changes)
I thought to close task #7490 this weekend. So, after that, I suppose that
Kieran could decide to freeze the code to produce. So, to my point of view,
perhaps we could hope it in February.
