I was puzzled by some code in contrib-0.7.1-20040319\port\msvc6\httpd.c.
http_poll checks for retries there :-(
Those are "retries" in case it ran out of send buffer space earlier. The
data was never sent before, and now it tries to send it again since
hopefully there's room for more data.
