microseconds? Which ones? I thought most were in milliseconds. Which lwIP
release do you use?

microseconds. How accurate does the underlying clock have to be to get
decent performance (where decent is defined as > 1 MB/s on a i686-class
CPU?)
For the purpose of my current application, I don't worry about
