Hi, I am not sure how to reply to an old thread....

I read the Wiki mentioned here

but I cant say it answers any of the three original questions. Could anybody

I am sooo bad at reading license stuff....could anyone help me with it?
 
I want to use thw LWIP code in my own FreeRTOS application running in an
embedded device that we will sell.
 
What copyright info has to be included and where in this case? 
 
A short copyright name notice in the documentation for the product is
enough, or?
