LwIP is currently developed using an example unix/linux port as well as
an example win32 + winpcap port, which seems to be exactly what you
want. These ports (as well as some example apps) are stored in a
different part of cvs, the contrib part. A snapshot of it (that was made
when releasing lwIP 1.3.0) can be downloaded in the download section of
lwip on savannah or through this direct link:
