Since 1.4, lwip supports incomming VLAN tagged frames.
Is there any interest in also adding support for VLAN tagging of outgoing
frames for QoS purposes?
Outgoing VLAN QoS support requires a method of communicating a priority value
from pcb level down to Ethernet level. Basically a new argument is needed in
all functions inbetween.
It is not very complicated, but it affects several internal lwip functions.
We have a compile time option for this under way.
Would there be any interest in adding this to lwip if we provide a patch?
