I hate answering to that, this is pointless and time-consuming, this is in no way useful for lwIP and it should have been sent off-list, but since this is addressed to me, I guess I have to answer because I hate not answering things :-) So, yup, you are right, however the missing (misplaced, to be exact) u_type declaration is there for quite a while and this is the first evidence of someone tripping over it. I know there is a very few users of lwIP PPP stack but it looks like most compilers supports non-standard u_type by default. I hope my thought is explained :-) Sylvain
