I'd like to upgrade to the latest version. To your knowledge, have there
been major changes since 1.3.2 with respect to how to write driver code
to interface with our hardware?

That could well be. Tcp_accepted is our implementation of a listen backlog. You
don't need to call it in all configurations and it is rather new. I don't think
it was present in 1.3.2 already. Shame on TI they use such an old version :-/
