Have you read the wiki ? http://lwip.wikia.com/wiki/Raw/TCP Have you tried the working examples in the contrib tree ? Vendors have the marketing idea of showing they are bigger and stronger, more macho than the other vendors. Try simple working examples from the contrib tree.
