You have a TCP connection. That requires one to be "a server", listening, and the other to be "a client", connecting. Have you actually tried with a known to work application ? Do you know your port and driver work OK ? What API are you using ? What version are you using ? Do you use an OS ? NO_SYS =? Do you honor the threading rules ?
