The snmp stack just got a major change/improvement so that you can
include arbitrary sub-trees, not just ".private" MIBs. Documentation
availabe on the web is probably outdated.
It seems some docs state that lwipopts.h should change while others
show opt.h changing.
Where do the defines really belong?
You should *never* have to change the lwIP sources. Changes go to
lwipopts.h.
