Simon is correct, The SDK integration with the wifi make it hard to upgrade.
I believe it possible but that will be painful and I risk the stability of the wifi lan. Also , that can effect future SDK upgrade and Marvell support. [..] From working with LwIP for the last 6+ years I think that unless Marvel made changes in LwIP core you should not have any problems porting. There *are* situations where you just can't upgrade without much effort because the vendor has linked *closed source* parts to lwIP (like the wifi driver I suspect). Upgrading lwIP here would only work when keeping ABI compatibility, which we don't. Simon
