Hello orchand01, could you check your network? does the board ping the PC and vice-versa? Is it a standard board from some manifacturer or developed by yourself? Can you switch off your firewalls?
I see UDP and TCP connection, while I see only TCP in the non-working example. Do you have any other actor in your net? I see 192.168.7.190, could you simplify the net?
