Seriously, Max, if I send you a link to the lwIP docs, the I can at least expect you READ AND try HARD to UNDERSTAND the docs. You really can answer that question by yourself.
Read the page that I sent you, and several other pages in the docs, there are many questions answered in there (especially http://www.nongnu.org/lwip/2_0_x/pitfalls.html)
