That's plenty fast depending on your processor, how often your poll loop repeats, and what else your processor is doing that could take precedence over your poll loop??

No actually there is just about 16  byte and it just repeat!there Is't new
buffer and the interesting part is there is a delay of around 1 second
between each packet

Then why do you feed the LwIP stack 32 bytes at a time? (according to your previous email)

What would it take for you to set up the interrupt handler for your serial port so you can take the bytes before the FIFO fills and you start losing bytes??
