Thank you Simon for taking time to answer. Here is a capture with both Tx and Rx DHCP accesses. dhcp4.jpg <http://lwip.100.n7.nabble.com/file/t2167/dhcp4.jpg>
Everything seems to be fine till frame 67, after DHCP ACK from the router (.100.1). I find weird that LwIP makes 3 more ARP inquiries *after the IP address has been already ACK-ed*. The router already did the ARP inquiry in frame 28, so why does LwIP the same again? Is tis OK? Furthermore, the third ARP inquiry from LwIP (frame 91) seems to be useless as it does not wait another 500 ms for an answer, but within 3 ms send the DHCP release. Is this OK? Even more weird, 3 more ARP inquiries follow (in second ticks) after the DHCP release. Is this also OK? Or is maybe is time to correct something in my lwipopt.h? lwipopts.h <http://lwip.100.n7.nabble.com/file/t2167/lwipopts.h> -- Sent from: http://lwip.100.n7.nabble.com/lwip-users-f3.html _______________________________________________ lwip-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lwip-users
