No, the first configures an address via router solicitaions, the latter adds 
things that aren't available from router solicitations, like DNS server etc.

Stateful DHCPv6 would configure IPv6 addresses like DHCP does for IPv4, but 
that's not implemented yet, and probably not as broadly used as SLAAC.
