Hi,

Assuming the IP address from DHCP is an externally routable IP address, one 
could use reverse DNS lookup to find the associated domain names. Similar to 
normal DNS query, see details here: 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup

So, if your is 1.2.3.4 you query DNS for 4.3.2.1.in-addr.arpa PTR records to 
find which DNS names resolve to your IP.
