attach: rename to LXC_ATTACH_TERMINAL
Rename from LXC_ATTACH_ALLOCATE_PTY to LXC_ATTACH_TERMINAL. The latter is
shorter and more generic. I don't want this whole terminology of ptys, ttys,
and consoles to leak through the API.
