Hallo Stéphane, > I'm not sure whether you sent this after seeing a similar github issue > at: https://github.com/lxc/lxc/pull/18
no, I didn't see that issue. I sent the patch because we apply it in NixOS to build the documentation: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/tree/master/pkgs/os-specific/linux/lxc > But in that issue I asked for someone to give me the log of a working > run with docbook2man because my feeling was that it'd fail miserably. Here is a sample build log: <http://hydra.nixos.org/build/4745429>. > Sure enough I did a test here and you can find the result below. Unfortunately, there are many different packages that install a tool called "docbook2man". The situation is confusing. We use docbook2x from http://docbook2x.sourceforge.net/ to build lxc, and it works just fine. > Sure enough I did a test here and you can find the result below. Have you run that test on a Debian system? Debian has a docbook2X package that is based on an old release (0.8.3) of the docbook2X package. This is a known issue (and it's mentioned on the sf.net web site, too).
