Serge This problem w/lxcbr0 disappearing has occurred again on my 15.10 server today. After boot up lxcbr0 is missing.
I will file a launchpad bug and post the info you requested the last time this occurred. I'll also leave the system alone after I file the bug until I hear what other data you might want me to gather.
