I've created the file and now I'm not able to restart the network inside
the CT
cat ifcfg-eth0
BOOTPROTO=none
#IPADDR=
#NETMASK=
#NETWORK=
service network restart
systemd[1]: Failed to start LSB: Bring up/down networking.

try creating ifcfg-eth0, with BOOTPROTO=none, and IPADDR, NETMASK,
NETWORK lines commented out (i.e. don't put IP address and friends in
the file)
