So... why doesn't lxd init figure out the address to bind to itself?
I mean, I guess I can write a script that looks up the current IP
address and then invokes lxd init, but that seems clumsy.
Is lxd's primary target audience servers that have lots of addresses?

And if DHCP changes the host's address, will lxd be bound to a stale address?
(The subtle answer might be "for gosh sakes don't use dhcp for
servers", I suppose.)
