At the first glance I would say it's a complicated topic and that will need some investigations before answering. But if you create a container with the network isolation you won't be able to access to the X server via af_unix socket. I am used to launch one X server on the host with the tcp_listen option and connect via tcp in a container. I use the container for migrating application from one host to another host and it does not work with a X server, that would require some hardware virtualization and that's the job of a VM not a container. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Lxc-users mailing list Lxc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lxc-users
