I did 'mount --make-rprivate $NEWROOT' just before pivot_root in the
hosts initrd but lxc still fails on pivot_root.

I also get problems using chroot in lxc - some (not all) symlinks end up
referencing other containers - is this a symptom of using chroot instead
of pivot_root?
