I forgot to query the process state.
Here it is (meanwhile there are more hanging processes):

root@vms1:~# ps -eo user,pid,ppid,s,pcpu,vsz,args|grep lxc
root      2171     1 D  0.0  20872 lxc-start -f /data/lxc/vmtest1.cfg -n
vmtest1 -l DEBUG -d -o /data/lxc/vmtest1.log
root      2573     1 D  0.0  20872 lxc-start -f /data/lxc/vmtest1.cfg -n
vmtest1 -l DEBUG -o /data/lxc/vmtest1.log
root     30375     1 D  0.0  20872 lxc-start -f /data/lxc/bunny.cfg -n bunny -d
-o /data/lxc/bunny.log
root     30812     1 D  0.0  20872 lxc-start -f /data/lxc/vmtest8.cfg -n
vmtest8 -d -o /data/lxc/vmtest8.log
root     31571     1 D  0.0  20872 lxc-start -f /data/lxc/vmtest1.cfg -n
vmtest1 -d -o /data/lxc/vmtest1.log

D ==> uninterruptible sleep

This is the reason why I cannot kill these processes.
