All right, the biggest problems you have are:

        1. /sbin/init (at least on my end) also depends on libs
           under /lib64.  So I had to also bind-mount that.  (You
           can check with 'ldd /sbin/init')
        2. you don't have a /etc.  so if you get init to run, it
           just stops because of that.

I made a few other changes locally as experiments (setting
lxc.tty = 4, etc) but the two above are I think your biggest
problems.
