Who can tell me why we should have these options:
_("Accept SkipPager"), &tb->accept_skip_pager, CONF_TYPE_BOOL,
_("Show Iconified windows"), &tb->show_iconified,
CONF_TYPE_BOOL,
_("Show mapped windows"), &tb->show_mapped, CONF_TYPE_BOOL,
My guess is most people won't know what they mean, except for iconified, and if
we don't show iconified windows, how would someone access it to get it back?
