As the wiki is explicitly GFDL 1.2 (not 1.2+ or anything) the content is
not relicensable to CC-by-SA and/or GFDL 1.3.

I see no need at all to relicense the wiki to anything by now.

Regarding the quoting and stuff mentioned by Medical-Wei I think it's
none issue. As long it's not about moving contents into another media as
complete "pages". Quoting is covered by standard copyright laws, and as
long as the resulting document is GFDL 1.2 it's no problem at all to
take information from our wiki and put it there.

As the wiki has been open for edits from anonymous I think we will have
problems contacting all editors. Some of the edits can probably be
matched to core contributors and ruled out. The other parts have to be
examined to settle if the texts are still in use or have been replaced
by someone who would like to relicense.

(I have more or less never been authenticated to the english wiki while
doing edits, as an example =))
