Yup, Transifex 0.7 includes Lotte, the lightweight online translation
editor. Lotte is still in alpha mode. Two additions scheduled for 0.8
are enabling Lotte on projects with more than 100 strings, and adding
support for plurals. Both of them should land in the next few weeks.
