Indeed, 2.18.8 was *really* bad. In our update system, where people can
give feedback in the form of +1 (good) and -1 (bad) it reached a new
record of -6 and was immediately withdrawn from updates-testing, see
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/gtk2-2.18.8-1.fc12
